Besox online is a digital platform, developed by our HR partner Officient, and where you, as an employer, can enter and access all your personnel data.

Creating and forwarding work schedules

You can edit the work schedules of your staff yourself and they will be automatically available in a standardized manner. This means that you no longer have to keep Excel sheets with all the different hours and sick or leave days of your staff.

Simple leave module

Is your employee taking a holiday or is he sick? Your employee can now fill in the application for leave himself or enter the details about his illness, including the accompanying sick note. As the employer, you will receive a notification of his leave application or sick leave, which you can then approve. The employee, in turn, receives a notification of your approval.

Weekly notifications

The convenient and practical weekly notifications give you an overview of who is celebrating a birthday, or who is going to be absent that week, it shows unopened invoices… Naturally, you decide who will be receiving these notifications.

Digital contracts 

Are you looking for a way to quickly and easily employ a new staff member? With besox online, you create an account for the new employee, so he/she can enter the personal details him/herself. The new employee can sign the contract digitally. Such a quick way to complete your administrative process…

Asset management

Do you sometimes have questions about your company’s assets? Which fuel card does Jan have, and what is his pin code? Who has a key to the front door?
